Padrón 1926 Serie No. 1
No. 1 and No. 80 are the longest 1926 Serie formats, each listed at six and three quarter inches by 54 ring. Their shapes separate them: Padrón’s photographs show No. 1 with a straight body and rounded head, while No. 80 tapers at both ends. No. 1 uses the five-year-aged tobacco of the 1926 collection, introduced in 2002 as a tribute to José O. Padrón’s seventy-fifth birthday. Natural and Maduro versions are listed in 24-count and ten-count boxes, as well as four-packs. The combination of shape and packaging makes No. 1 a distinct choice within that shared length and diameter.
