Lot 23 takes its name from the Estelí farm project developed by Nick Perdomo Sr. and Nick Jr. beginning in 2000. Five-year-aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler provide the agricultural connection running through its Connecticut, Sun Grown and Maduro expressions. The wrapper gives each version its own identity. Connecticut is Ecuadorian, while Sun Grown and Maduro are Nicaraguan. Five formats give the farm-based family a varied shape: a short, broad Gordito; 50-ring Robusto, Toro and Churchill; and the 6 × 54 Belicoso.
